Q: I’m brand new to spin. Can I still come to class?

A: Absolutely! Every ride at ReNew is your ride. We welcome beginners with open arms and supportive vibes. Our instructors will help you set up your bike and guide you through everything you need to know. We recommend that you ease into spinning at a lower intensity and take your first few classes at 50% of your full effort. Take breaks as needed. Build gradually with 2-3 classes per week and increase effort slowly over time.

Q: Do I need cycling shoes?

A: YES! You will be clipping in. If you don't have them, you can rent from us! Our bikes are compatible with SPD clips and Delta clips (Peloton shoes work!).

Q: What should I bring to class?

A: Bring water and your good energy. We’ve got the rest. Wear whatever you feel comfortable moving in.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Life happens, we get it. For 5:45am, 7:30am, and 8am classes, you must cancel by 9pm the day before. For all other classes, please cancel at least 4 hours prior. If you cancel after these windows and you are a member, you will be charged a $15 late fee. If you are using class packs, you will lose your class credit.

This helps us open the spot for someone else who’s ready to ride!

Q: What’s the vibe like at ReNew?

A: The vibe at Renew is high-energy and community-driven. It’s a space where you can show up exactly as you are get get whatever you need out of the class. Whether you’re here to push your limits or just move your body and reset. No egos, no pressure... just good music, good people, and a really good workout.

Q: Are there showers or locker rooms?

A: We have lockers and restrooms, but no full locker room or showers (yet!). Come ready to ride or bring a quick change of clothes if you’ve got somewhere to be after.

Q: How do memberships and class packs work?

A: We offer unlimited monthly memberships, flexible class packs, and 2 weeks unlimited (one time use). We’ve got something for every one.

RIDE. RESET. RENEW.
