RELEASE OF LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT

1. Release of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to participate in cycling classes and fitness-related activities

at ReNew Cycle Studio LLC, and to use its facilities, equipment, and services—whether paid or

complimentary—I hereby forever waive, release, and discharge ReNew Cycle Studio LLC, its

owners, officers, employees, agents, and all others acting on their behalf from any and all claims or

liabilities for injuries or damages to my person or property. This includes any claims arising from the

negligent act or omission of ReNew Cycle Studio LLC or its representatives, occurring from my

participation in any of the studio’s activities, programs, or services.

2. Assumption of Risk

I understand and acknowledge that indoor cycling and other physical fitness activities involve

inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, joint stress, dizziness, falls, or other

physical injuries. I am voluntarily participating in these activities with full knowledge of the risks

involved. I accept full responsibility for any injury or harm that may result and hereby agree to

expressly assume and accept any and all risk of injury, disability, or death.

Rhabdomyolysis Waiver and Release of Liability

I acknowledge that participation in indoor cycling and other high-intensity exercise carries

inherent risks, including the risk of exertional rhabdomyolysis, a serious condition involving

muscle breakdown that may result in hospitalization, kidney damage, other medical

complications and even death. I understand that this risk may be increased for those who are new

to exercise, returning after a period of inactivity, inadequately hydrated, or who exceed their

personal fitness limits.

I voluntarily choose to participate in classes at ReNew Cycle Studio and assume full

responsibility for all risks associated with such participation, including but not limited to

exertional rhabdomyolysis.

I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for monitoring my own physical condition, hydration,

and exertion level, and agree to stop exercising and seek medical care if concerning symptoms

occur. I acknowledge the risks associated with high-intensity exercise, including exertional

rhabdomyolysis, and agree to participate at a level appropriate for my fitness level and experience.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, and discharge ReNew Cycle Studio, its

owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands,

or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, or medical condition sustained

during or after participation in classes.

3. Physical Condition Declaration

I affirm that I am in good physical condition and do not suffer from any medical condition that would

prevent or limit my participation in exercise activities. I acknowledge that I have either:

(a) had a recent physical examination and been cleared by my physician to engage in indoor cycling

and exercise activities; or

(b) voluntarily assume all risks of participating without such medical advice.

4. Acknowledgment & Signature

I have read and understood this release of liability and assumption of risk agreement. I fully

understand its terms and agree to be bound by them. I understand that by signing this agreement, I

am giving up legal rights, including the right to sue.
