We ask that you please leave your phone outside the spin room. If you must bring it in, set it to Do Not Disturb and keep it tucked away. These 45 minutes are sacred for many—it’s “me time,” and we want to honor that for all.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes after class has started, you’ll still avoid a late fee, but for safety reasons, you won’t be able to join the ride. Arrive early, get set up, and soak in the full experience.
We’re here to ride hard, support one another, and have a damn good time doing it.
