Come as you are and let everyone else do the same. We are a team but each rider's journey looks different.
We ask that phones stay outside the spin room. If you need to have it with you, please keep it on Do Not Disturb and out of sight. This is “me time” for many in the room and we want to respect that space. This is also distracting to our instructors.
If you arrive more than 5 minutes after class has started you won’t be able to join the ride. The door may be locked. Arrive early and get set up. Class begins promptly.
We ride hard and we show up for each other while having fun.
